Serves: 2 persons
Time: 1 hour (including marination time)
1/4 kg cleaned prawns
1/2 cup rice flour
Oil
For marination:
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 drops lemon juice
salt
Method:
- Remove vein from each prawn and wash them with little salt and water.
- Apply ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice and salt to prawns and marinate for 1/2 an hour.
- In plate, take rice flour and roll each prawn in it.
- Heat oil in frying pan and deep fry all of them.
- Serve hot after both sides become golden brown.
