Prawns Fry

Serves: 2 persons 
Time: 1 hour (including marination time)


Ingredients:
1/4 kg cleaned prawns
1/2 cup rice flour
Oil

For marination:
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 drops lemon juice
salt


Method:
  1. Remove vein from each prawn and wash them with little salt and water.
  2. Apply ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice and salt to prawns and marinate for 1/2 an hour.
  3. In plate, take rice flour and roll each prawn in it.
  4. Heat oil in frying pan and deep fry all of them.
  5. Serve hot after both sides become golden brown.
