Serves: 2 persons
Time: 1/2 hour
1 cup soaked and pressure cooked kabuli chana
1 medium finely chopped onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp corn flour
2 green chilies
1 tsp coriander seeds cumin powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
2 drops lemon juice
bread crumbs or semolina
salt
water
Method:
- In mixer, take chana, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, coriander seeds cumin powder, dry mango powder and grind to a coarse mixture.
- Add corn flour, onion, coriander, lemon juice and salt in the mixture. Use adequate water to kneed dough.
- Make small tikkies, coat with bread crumbs or semolina, and shallow fry till they become golden brown.
- Serve hot and crispy cutlets with tomato ketchup.
