Serves: 2 persons
Time: 45 minutes (including marination time)
1/4 kg chicken liver
Oil
For marination:
1 tbsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 drops lemon juice
salt
Method:
- Wash liver pieces with water and cut them in pieces if required.
- Apply red chilly powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice and salt to them and marinate for 1/2 an hour.
- Heat oil in frying pan and deep fry all of them.
- Serve hot after both sides become brown.
