Chicken Liver Fry

Serves: 2 persons 
Time: 45 minutes (including marination time)


Ingredients:
1/4 kg chicken liver
Oil

For marination:
1 tbsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 drops lemon juice
salt

Method:
  1. Wash liver pieces with water and cut them in pieces if required.
  2. Apply red chilly powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice and salt to them and marinate for 1/2 an hour.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan and deep fry all of them.
  4. Serve hot after both sides become brown.
